FAQ

Private dining questions

How many guests fit in a private room?

VIP rooms seat 6 to 8, tatami rooms 4 to 8, and the large hall seats 16 or divides into two rooms of 8. The sushi counter seats 11. Larger events can reserve the whole restaurant.

Is there a room charge or minimum spend?

There is no separate room fee. A deposit of 5% of the estimated bill confirms the room; our team sends payment instructions (GCash or bank transfer) within 24 hours, and the balance is settled at the restaurant.

What is the cancellation policy?

For the kaiseki counter course, the 50% deposit is refunded in full up to 48 hours before and 50% up to 24 hours before. For room reservations, tell us as early as possible — kaiseki courses must be reserved two days ahead.

Can you host Japanese guests who don't speak English?

Yes. Our staff speak Japanese and English, the menu is written in Japanese and English, and the courses follow the kaiseki order Japanese guests expect.

Can we bring our own wine or sake?

Yes, with a corkage fee of ₱1,000 per bottle. We also keep a curated sake list if you prefer to pair from the cellar.
