Company dinners, planned to the last detail
Daimasu hosts corporate dinners in Makati for 4 to 16 guests — client entertainment, board dinners, team celebrations and full-restaurant evenings. Rooms close with sliding doors, kaiseki courses start at ₱8,000 per guest, and a 5% deposit of the estimated bill holds the room. There is no per-head minimum spend.

Rooms and capacities
Match the room to the party first
Tell us the head count and the occasion and we will hold the room that fits. The 16-seat hall divides into two rooms of eight when a group needs to split; the whole restaurant can be reserved on request.

How to book
Four steps, one evening
Send us the date, the head count and the budget per guest. We come back with the room, the course and the deposit — usually the same day.

Send the date, head count and budget per guest
Those three numbers decide the room and the course. Add the occasion — client dinner, board meal, farewell — and whether any guest is visiting from Japan.

We hold the room and propose the course
We reply with the room that fits, the course we recommend at your budget, and the estimated total including the 10% service charge.
- 03
Confirm with the 5% deposit
The room is held once the deposit is settled by bank transfer or GCash. Kaiseki courses must be locked at least two days before the date.

Tell us the details a week out
Final head count, arrival time, any guest we should seat in the kamiza, drinks for the toast, and anything the kitchen should know. The balance is settled on the night.
FAQ
What companies ask us
Can a group of 16 be split into two rooms?
Yes. The 16-seat hall divides into two rooms of eight, which suits a dinner that needs two conversations rather than one long table. Tell us the split when you book so both rooms are set to the same course and pace.
How far ahead should we book for 12 guests?
Reserve the room as early as the date is fixed, and lock a kaiseki course at least two days before the dinner. Friday and Saturday evenings fill first because the restaurant serves until 24:00 on those nights.
Can we set a fixed budget per guest?
Yes — that is the normal way to run a company dinner here. Courses are ₱8,000, ₱10,000 and ₱12,000 per guest; tell us your ceiling and we propose the course and the drinks that fit inside it, with the 10% service charge accounted for.
Can you host Japanese guests who do not speak English?
Our staff speak Japanese and English, the menu is written in both, and the courses follow the sequence Japanese guests expect. This website is also published in Japanese, Chinese and Korean.
Can we reserve the whole restaurant?
Yes, on request. Send the date, head count and the budget per guest and we will quote the evening; there is no published buyout rate.
Can we arrange the seating before we arrive?
Send us the seating order and we will set the room to it, including the kamiza for your guest of honour. Tatami rooms are shoes-off, which is worth telling guests before the evening.
